Reconnecting with Intuition are weekly classes focusing on a cyclical wellness journey. Join us for an adventure in meditation, restorative yoga poses, intentional crafting, tarot card instruction, positive psychology, astrology and much more! Crafts in the class include, but are not limited to: mala necklaces, chakra earrings, wired crystal pendants and vision jars. Each class will discuss the lunar phase and their alignment to the current season, monthly crystals and how to use them to balance the chakras, and the sacred feminine cycle and the importance of its attunement to our daily routine. Tarot card instruction consists of an arrangement of all Major and Minor Arcana cards within the seasons.
