Outer Glow Hoop Dance Class

If you want to shake up your fitness routine and feel like a kid again, this class is for you. Rise up out of your rut and have some fun with us!

Whether you are a beginner or have some experience you are WELCOME in this class. You will learn beginner movements that will be put together into a sequence as we laugh play and burn calories.

We will warm up and shake off any stress or tension then spend some time learning hula hoop skills and tricks. Next, we will put those moves into a sequence that will get you moving and sweating.

Before class is over, you will have time to play, practice, or find your own flow. We finish class by coming together for final stretches breathing and self-acknowledgment. Everyone is welcome in this class. Everyone can feel successful and have fun. Even you!

Drop-ins are $16 - or you can commit to the remaining classes in the series for a MASSIVE discount! We will be at Dance Variations every Friday at 6pm, through June 21st! (Taking a short break during the summer, and we will be back in August!)

You will receive a video of our sequence and the playlist every week, so you can practice and jam throughout the week.
