Reiki I - Level 1 Certification Class Basic reiki energy “I am in the light” Maribeth will go over the concepts, history and theory of Usui Reiki, as well as provide a Level 1 reiki attunement. This attunement aligns your energy field, thereby allowing your access to positive life force energy. The attunement will be followed by learning the hand positions for practicing self-treatment. Finally, students will be led through a guided practicum for providing reiki treatments to others. This will help magnify your healing abilities.
