Tibetan Meditation Masters say that a New Moon is the perfect time to get in touch with our Higher Self. But, it is also a wonderful time to utilize the increasing energy of the moon by channeling it into what we wish to create or build in our life.

During this meditation, you may lie on a mat, sit in a chair, or sit on a cushion. Just make yourself as comfortable as possible as we embark on this meditative journey of healing, relaxation, & connection.

Crystal & Tibetan Bowls will be played during the entire meditation. And there will be a little bit of guidance, as well. If you've never experienced a bowl meditation this is sure to be an event you will not want to miss.

We will begin in Spark of Divine with a Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation to help us relax & get into a deeper meditative state. Then, we will have a short ceremony outside to send our intentions out into the Universe.
