Yoga for Better Shoulder Health
Basic understanding of the complex Shoulder girdle and Nerves; Muscles and tendons which affect movement of the neck and shoulders; Breath work to still the mind and relax the body; Sequence to lengthen and strengthen the shoulders. Please bring a mat, yoga strap (or belt or tie). Led by Ellen Cameron & Marilyn Diaz.
