What other traditions call meditating or contemplating is known as journeying in the shamanic tradition. Your first journey will be to meet your guides. Your second journey will be a journey to meet your power animal. Shamanism is a form of spirituality that seeks to expand one's consciousness. Shamans are commonly known to be healers and spiritual guides. Step into beautiful new possibilities with sounds of drums, chimes and crystal bowls. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat/blanket/pillow. Mats must be reserved in advance. Cost $40 if prepaid for both sessions or $25 Per class.
