An amazing Yoga tennis ball technique combining traditional Yoga with Breathe/Mind and Body work. A simple total body wellness program that will leave you feeling terrific. Perfect for all Levels. Please bring a Yoga Mat/Towel & wear comfortable clothing. Mats can be reserved in advance. Water provided. Must book in advance.
