Sharing training in qigong and tai chi 5 days a week in-person and online courses available. Zoom classes in Tai Chi 1 & Tai Chi for Diabetes beginning end of August (if not on schedule yet, check back). All classes are beginner friendly. All Friday sessions are Free :).
