Qi Gong Exercise Class
Join and leave relaxed and refreshed. Can participate standing or sitting. Do not have to be church member to attend.
If you are looking to exercise and find yoga too much, cardio tiring, and bored with your other options, consider Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Gong). It's an 8,000 year old Chinese exercise that generated Tai Chi, Kung Fu, martial arts, acupuncture, acupressure, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping) and so many more. You can participate standing or sitting. Students leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed! Wear any clothing you can easily move in. Donation humbly requested. Questions?
