Yoga for Back Pain Workshop
Topics include: Basic understanding of the Vertebral Column and Nerves; Muscles and tendons which affect movement of the back; Breath work to still the mind and relax the body; Sequence to lengthen and strengthen the back Yoga poses will be presented in a chair and on the floor. Please bring a mat, yoga strap (or belt or tie), props for a short Yoga Nidra or guided meditation with sound healing during our relaxation pose or savasana. Led by Ellen Cameron & Marilyn Diaz
