This is a local event where you can get the sense of a retreat in your own community. Come create your authentic morning ritual at ocean sunrise where we together, take in presence, gratitude and bring movement into the body. We have partnered with The Elixir Bar. Elixir Bar compliments the retreat experience with signature herbal drinks. They are enhanced with ashwagandha & kava elixirs that elevate your mood, nutrition and well-being. Your 1st drink is Complementary! We will have time for: Silence, Gratitude, Meditation, Reflection, Ecstatic Dance & Stretching. What to bring: Your favorite cup with water, towel or beach mat to sit on and journal & pen. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and come as your authentic self!
