Monday Mantra and Gong Healing

In the yogic tradition, the use of your own voice for spiritual progress is attainable by chanting mantras. Using the breath to still the mind, gentle movements to relax the body, and chant a mantra before an extended relaxation with the cosmic vibrations of the Gong to align the energetic & physical body.
