About the event:

 This is a local event where you can get the sense of a retreat in your own community. Come create your authentic morning ritual at ocean sunrise where we together, take in presence, gratitude and bring movement into the body.

We will have time for: Silence, Gratitude, Meditation, Reflection, Ecstatic Dance & Stretching.

What to bring: Your favorite cup of tea (water if you like)

Towel or yoga mat to sit on

Journal & pen

Wear comfortable clothing
