Kids Yoga at the Gardens
Fun and engaging class for children of all ages and their families. The instructor aims to teach kids about their social and emotional development, using breath-work and movement to teach children about themselves. Classes are $5 per child and limited to 15 children per class. Parents do not need to register but must be present. Also on September 17.
