Yoga Nidra Training
Rejuvenate yourself while learning how to teach others the transformational power of Guided Rest Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep, can assist with trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety by using trauma-informed strategies.

In this 30-hour training led by, Karen Hedley and Maria Banas participants will experience the transformational power of Guided Rest Yoga Nidra and explore moving through the five layers of being (the 5 koshas) ¬– the physical, energetic, mental, wisdom or witness, and bliss levels of being. Students will learn how to lead a class, workshop, or conduct 1:1 session and more. 30 CEU credits for Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers. Please bring your own mat, blanket or pillow. Friday, August 5 - 5:30-8:30 Saturday, August 6 and Sunday, August 7 - 10am - 5pm (with vegan lunch break) Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21 - 10am - 5pm (with vegan lunch break)
