In this 8-week course, the student will experience a complete and comprehensive understanding of the 7 main Chakra energy systems. We will talk about their location, their function from a physical perspective, the influence that emotions have on them from an energetic standpoint, and what causes energy blockages. Included in this course you will learn how to heal and activate your own energy centers with affirmations, crystals and stones, and essential oils. Each week the student will experience a lecture, as well as a Reiki and Sound Healing Meditation, which will initialize and begin the healing process. Each week the student works with a different Chakra and the following information will be provided: Meaning and characteristics of each Chakra; Why it’s important to have balance; Where the Chakra is located; What function does the Chakra have; the Physical Attributes ; Emotions and the Effects on the Energetic Body; How to open, unblock, and heal each Chakra through activation; Crystals & Stones for Healing; Affirmations to Help Stimulate the Chakra, the Chakra Symbols; Benefits of Healing the Chakra. Instructor, Maria Banas is a certified Holy Fire Reiki III Master Teacher and practitioner, Holy Fire III Karuna Master Teacher and practitioner. She is a devoted Meditation teacher with more than 20 years’ experience in different healing modalities.
