Start caring about your self like you care for others

Along this 8 week journey we will learn more about ourselves, read “Being with Dying”, by Joan Halifax , Covering some Buddhist philosophy and finally an exploration of yoga poses and meditation. This is meant to create a self-care routine by assessing boundaries and feelings around the commitment of giving to others everyday. Turning resentment to gracefully giving and receiving, understanding that to pour into your own cup is to pour into others.
