Meghan Schultz R.T. (R)(M)(BD) [registered technologist of radiography, mammography, and bone densitometry], the lead mammographer at TEPAS Breast Center will share information on mammography accessibility and the suggested frequency of mammography. She will discuss the technology of 2D, low dose 3D mammography, and ultrasound, and how to know if you are getting the care you are entitled to. Meghan has been serving patients in Brevard County for over a decade professionally as a technologist and personally as an advocate specialized in breast cancer detection, surveillance, and treatment.

This close knit caring group of ladies has been meeting since 1993, welcoming newly diagnosed and in-treatment patients, while also supporting many longstanding survivors through any stage of treatment or recovery. We invite all breast cancer patients/survivors in Brevard County to join or drop in.

• Participants use masks and stay 6 feet apart when moving about indoors; cancer survivors who are no longer in active treatment or those who have been fully vaccinated can remove masks when 6 feet apart in good ventilation/outdoors, but those in active treatment need masks on at all times.
