Chair Yoga- (30 Minutes) An exercise and stress-reducing class for people of all ages that will help to improve range of motion, build strength and balance, and help stretch and tone the body. Modifications are provided as needed, so there is something for everyone to enjoy! Classes will be held on June 10th and 24th.
