Chakras are spinning energy centers in the body. There are 7 chakra centers and each center has its own frequency, glands, hormones, chemistry and Carries messages between the chakra centers. These centers are connected to the nervous system and receive and emitt energy. When a chakra, energy center is unbalanced it affects our mood, health and basic overall homeostasis in the body.
