Perfect for those who are new to yoga, those who prefer a slower pace, and those who want to tap into the basics of yoga and beginners mind.

Build strength and endurance, increase flexibility of your body and mind, and learn tips and proper alignment and breath awareness during movement. This flow includes standing, sitting and floor work postures that stretch and strengthen, while calming the mind. A safe space to ask questions and have a more 101 time with your teacher.
