Full Moon Sound Vibrational Healing

March Worm Full Moon

Every month's full moon is unique in what it brings into your life. There's a new one every month (and on rare occasions, sometimes two), each with a story to tell, a meaning behind its name, and its own special way to affect you. With the way the universe work, each full moon has a different effect on us, and it's all about understanding the stars, the spirits, and how they all work together.March’s Moon cycle is considered the final Moon of Winter. The Spring season is upon us and with it, new life and excitement. What Is the Spiritual Meaning of the Worm Moon? March's full moon is a signal that this is your world and you're needed in it; according to astrologers, "Your light is needed. Your unique energy is needed. Your passions are needed. Your perspectives are needed. As you stand up, you take us with you. As you stand in your light, you light up the world." This moon is incredibly spiritual. This is the time to get deeply detailed on what your goals are, and harness focused energy towards your specific goal. Sound therapy helps us transform our brain waves into a profoundly restorative state, which activates the body's self-healing system. The vibration of the sounds assists you in shaking things out of you, like releasing stuck emotions, reducing pain, reducing anxiety. Sound healing is known for igniting your creativity, elevating your mood, and achieve a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
