The Science Behind the Practice
During this weekend we will discuss the science and research of mind-body connection. The process and mechanics of what happens in our mind during and after mindfulness meditation practice. We will touch upon the benefits. As well as the recent findings on the benefits of Compassion meditation practice. Saturday 10am-6:30pm, Sunday 1-6:30pm.
