Yoga Strength & Balance Flow
Come build strength, balance, and a mindful practice you can continue to enjoy for your entire life.
This class includes yoga postures and movements including some vinyasa (pushups) to help strengthen, tone, and balance the body. Students should be comfortable getting up and down off the ground multiple times. Modifications are offered. Bring water!
