This is an easy going using an Aerial Hammock that is meant to warm the muscles, stretch them out then finally relax in a meditative state. This class will promote a connection with the breath and body helping the students to start self regulation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Please wear work out cloths, no Jewelry or zippers allowed in the hammocks.
