Join us for our Holiday CandleLight SoundBath Meditation Class on Thursday December 16th @ 6:30 PM. This will be our final class of 2021, preparing us for 2022. Sound Meditation assists in bringing the body's 7 major energy centers (Chakras) back into alignment and balance, by quieting mental chatter and allowing for peace and tranquility. Led by world known Meditation Teacher Anthony Profeta. Please dress comfortable, bring your a mat/blanket and or pillows for your comfort and enjoyment (mat and or chair reservations are required ahead of time )  Complimentary Water is provided.
