Enjoying yoga positions in an Aerial Hammock.
This is a high energy class that will be using an Aerial Hammock that is meant to warm the muscles, stretch them out then finally relax in a meditative state. Please wear work out cloths, no Jewelry or zippers allowed in the hammocks.
