Intermediate Yogi Yoga Workshop
For yoga students with a regular practice and strong foundation, who are looking to grow deeper into their asana practice. Includes variations of one-legged standing poses, heart openers, and inversions. Also dive into a straight forward (and fun!) arm balance practice. A two-hour class, please have your own personal yoga mat, water, and a towel.
