In the yoga tradition, humans have seven main energy centers, called chakras. When they are balanced and open- so are we- physically, emotionally and in our relationships. But when they become unbalanced or neglected, we can feel stuck, confused, anxious, or depressed. This practical and interactive workshop explores: the energetic map to your body characteristics of each chakra how to recognize deficient and excessive chakras, and practical techniques to balance each chakra through yoga, meditation, and breath work.
