Up to 7 postures held for 5 to 7 mins.
In this class we will explore up to 7 yin poses, holding these shapes 5 to 7 mins each. Focusing on what your body has to tell you, relaxing into each pose slowly. Even more slowly coming out of the pose and moving the body to the next pose.
