Yin Yoga with Legs Up the Wall
Experience the benefits of Yin yoga (supported, restful poses held for up to eight minutes) with the legs resting against a wall. 'Legs up the wall' is great for our cardiovascular system, and our yin shapes will unfold wonderful healing and lengthening of the muscles in our hips and legs. Led by Leah Dubois. $20.
