Illuminations Yoga is a yoga practice to create alignment not only in body, mind and spirit but also with your intentions. Each class will start with a brief 5 minute discussion on a manifestation topic. With that you can then align your thoughts and feelings with an intention/desire that you have; and then using yoga you will put it into motion. Our first class will be Monday 1/7/2019; in Numerology this is aligns with the vibrational energies of cooperation, new foundations and joy. Numerology is a powerful manifestation tool, one of many you will learn about. Classes will begin in 2019; which in Numerology is a Universal Year of '3'.
