Ubuntu Fish Gallery is taking its philosophy of combining creativity and self-awareness, while embracing the notion that “we are all in this together” and bringing it to the children! UFG is offering a 90 min program on Saturday mornings for children 9-13yrs that inspires creativity, includes the elements of nature, and focuses on helping children to recognize and integrate social personal skills such as accountability, self-reflection, communication, kindness, compassion, clarity, and more. The children will spend their morning learning about themselves and the world around them while creating beautiful artwork with a variety of different mediums. As a 25-year veteran educator, Dana Sardano understands that the only way children can properly function in the world around them is to truly understand and be accountable for what they bring to it. Dana combines creativity, mindfulness, and playfulness for an experience that the children will remember for years to come. To register your child for Saturday morning from 10am-11:30am, click here. Once registered, please contact Dana at [email protected] with the name of your child and the date he/she plans to attend. For available dates, please check our calendar of events.
