Virtual Stretch and Flexibility for Teens Workshop (W)

Teens, join us for a fun, low-pressure class that can help improve your flexibility, agility and strength. Stretching your muscles and joints can lead to a greater range of motion, improved balance, and stamina. It can also improve posture and core strength, a positive state of mind, and boost physical performance. With strong elements of dance & yoga, teens will be connecting with their bodies while moving to music. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. $10/class.
