Committed to guiding others on their healing journey from stress, anxiety, grief and pain, with love, compassion and gratitude. Teaching others how to utilize the breath to heal themselves and others. ​I worked in both the public and private school systems for over 25 years, I hold two masters degree in education, and leadership & helping others to deeply heal is my heart work. I host individual & group classes, workshops and weekend retreats. I’ve transformed a home in Titusville, Fl., into a beautiful retreat center where I host my own retreats and allow others to do the same.
