Native Butterfly Flowers Offers Tour Day Discount and Free Plants

Native Butterfly Flowers Nursery partners with the Conradina Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society for the 16th Annual Landscaping with Florida Natives Tour on Sunday, November 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ticket holders receive a free native plant during the self-guided tour and are eligible for 20% off all plant purchases at Native Butterfly Flowers from noon to 4 p.m. the day of the tour.

The tour showcases seven diverse landscapes across South Melbourne and Palm Bay, including a public site at the Melbourne Founders Museum. Homeowners and local experts demonstrate how Florida native plants can thrive in a variety of settings while supporting pollinators and reducing water use.  “The tour is a fabulous look at what homeowners have done using native plants in different situations,” says Jane Higgins, Conradina treasurer and landscaping tour co-chair. “Please come see how easy it is to use native plants and help make a difference in your yard!”

New this year, local artists will create and sell plein air artwork on-site at selected gardens. Tickets are $15 per person, with an optional printed brochure available for $5.

For more information on the tour, call 321-258-4642 or visit BrevardLandscapeTour.org. Tickets can be purchased online for $15. Native Butterfly Flowers Nursery is located at 82 SW Irwin Ave. in West Melbourne. 321-626-7386, NativeButterflyFlowers.com.
