Aquarian Dreams presents an Acupuncture Sound Bath Reiki Immersion at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 15, offering a meditative healing experience that combines acupuncture, sound frequency healing and reiki. These three ancient healing arts are brought together to support balance in body, mind and spirit.

Each participant receives a metaphysically themed acupuncture treatment inspired by the work of Mikio Sankey, author of Esoteric Acupuncture Volumes 1 through 8, and guided by Jamin Nichols’ 25 years of experience as a licensed acupuncture physician. The acupuncture points are selected to harmonize the yin and yang of the body while opening the chakras and encouraging the flow of qi through the Microcosmic Orbit—a Taoist qi gong and meditation practice that circulates qi around the midline of the body.

The immersion also includes a sound bath to deepen meditation and support chakra alignment, reiki to enhance energetic healing and a guided Microcosmic Orbit visualization.

Instructors are Jamin Nichols (acupuncture physician), Anthony Profeta (meditation and sound bath) and Maria Banas (reiki and sound bath). Participants should bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing that allows acupuncture access to the abdomen. Class size is limited and early registration is recommended.
