These lower vibrational states can block the natural flow of joy, vitality and connection. Each session is customized and may include Reiki to activate the body’s healing intelligence, craniosacral therapy to calm the nervous system, somato-emotional release to surface and clear emotional patterns, sound vibrations using tuning forks or crystal bowls and aromatherapy to support emotional clarity and grounding.
