Jan 10, 2013 12:33PM
Hypnosis has been used for thousands of years to help people make positive changes like losing weight and quitting smoking. But did you know that it can also help you heal your body and keep it in a healthy state? Terry Gurley, Certified Hypnotherapist, has used her subconscious mind to restore balance and healing, and even avoided surgery on more than one occasion. Learn: the myths and misconceptions about hypnosis, how unresolved emotions can keep you stuck and/or addicted, why using your conscious mind alone to make changes is not very effective, and about the close relationship between thinking and physiology (how the mind-body connection works for physical healing). Terry shares 7 proven tips to aid in healing, plus attendees receive an additional discount off of future sessions.
Terry graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Communications, and before discovering her true passion of hypnosis and life coaching, her background was corporate. She also received advanced hypnotherapy training at The Banyan Hypnosis Center in Minneapolis, MN, where she became a 5-PATH hypnotherapist and a certified 7th Path Self-hypnosis instructor. In addition, she is certified in weight loss, stop smoking, and pediatric hypnosis.
