Wellness Classes at Nature’s Healthy Harvest




Nature’s Healthy Harvest (NHH) is a wellness center that assists people with health information and wellness guidance on many health issues by offering a variety of wellness classes.

NHH hosts a cancer class once a month where attendees learn about how cancer begins, what causes cancer to grow and how cancer cells can be reduced. In addition, NHH hosts a monthly cannabidiol (CBD) class where attendees learn about CBD Hemp Oil, receptors, L1 cells, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), how hemp grows and the body’s endocannabinoid system. Students also learn how CBD Hemp oil helps with pain, cancer, stress, anxiety, sleep issues, PTSD, Crohn’s and more.

For those seeking help in other areas, such as healing and wellbeing, there is a meditation class on Mondays at 7 p.m. and Reiki sessions are conducted by a Reiki Master to help with relaxation, harmony and peace. In addition, aromatherapy touch sessions, ear candling and other fun events are available.
