Create Gifts at a Healthy Holiday Gifts Workshop

Wellness Advocates, Alisha Connor and Karen Hedley, are holding 3 Essential Oil Educational classes in November. Two holiday “Make & Take” events will be held Saturday, November 4 and Saturday November 11. Attendees will make their own “Rollerball Remedies” for themselves or as holiday gifts, making as many as time allows. They will include essential oil blends designed to assist with focus, allergies, achy muscles, the cold or flu, and digestion. A 5 ml bottle is $5 and 10 ml bottle is $10. Connor and Hedley will also be holding a DeStress Your Life with Essential Oils workshop on Tuesday, November 14 from 6:15 to 7:45 pm.

“Essential oils smell great when inhaled or diffused or they can be applied to bottom of your feet,” says Hedly. “Many are taking it quite seriously as an alternative for supporting their family’s health, as preventative care.”

“Essential oils are amazing for supporting you emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.” Many doctors and scientist’s findings can be found on PubMed.gov especially when it comes to frankincense and cancer,” says Connor.

All 3 classes will be held at Wild Manta Ventures 5151 Babcock St. in Palm Bay. For more information, see the calendar of events or call Alisha Connor at 321-426-5392.
