Restore Alignment with EKS Beachside Bodywork

The “EKS methods” include yoga, Pilates, aerial arts and pain management and EKS Beachside Bodywork is fully equipped for all of these in order to assist practitioners in increasing their mobility, strength, flexibility and overall health and well-being. Free consults for pain management are available by appointment.

Used to restore the body’s natural alignment, the EKS methods strengthen the body in this natural alignment so that when the body is put under some form of pressure, it can remain safe, strong and injury free. It doesn’t matter if one is simply walking or doing a handstand.

“Arguably, those at the two extremes of the practitioner spectrum, with severe pain at one end and high-performance athletes at the other end, are the two groups who would benefit most from the EKS methods,” says Emily Sabo, owner of EKS Beachside Bodywork.

Pain management, yoga, Pilates and aerial arts are all offered by appointment. Aerial arts classes (silks, hammock and static trapeze) are offered Mondays from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. and Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m.

EKS Beachside Bodywork is located at 2500 N A1A, Indialantic. For more information, call 321-431-7793 or visit
