Grand Opening of The Salt Cave inside The HAIR Tiki

The HAIR Tiki is pleased to announce the opening of The Salt Cave. During February, The HAIR Tiki will be teaming up with local businesses to celebrate the first ever dry salt therapy (halotherapy) location in Sebastian.

“Dry salt therapy promotes better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, better endurance and overall wellness,” says owner Arlene Dinsmore. “It's also healing on a variety of levels for stress, anxiety and fatigue.”

During the month, Luna Sol Yoga will be a Guest Leader to guide in Pranayama and stretching while in the cave on Wednesdays. Anthony Profeta, meditation and mindfulness teacher, will hold sessions as will Laura Beers from the Synergy Institute of Sebastian. In addition, every Friday in February, a light lunch will be offered from noon to 3 p.m.

The Salt Cave is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
