Beachside Hyperbaric and Bodywork Offers New Client Special

Andrew Vazquez, founder and owner of Beachside Hyperbaric and Bodywork, is offering therapeutic bodywork to the community. “Our bodywork is based on deep tissue, fascial release, and Graston techniques that we have used with great success for the past 15 years,” says Vazquez. “Our goal is to bring the body back into the correct postural alignment, an anatomically neutral position, which alleviates pain, restores range of motion and releases tight and restricted areas.”

Their instrument-assisted Graston Therapy uses six stainless-steel tools to find and target scar tissue and encourage movement and mobilization in injured areas. The rounded-edge tools are rubbed against the grain of the injured tissue to promote healing and blood flow. It’s designed to breakdown scar tissue and fascia restrictions to potentially treat acute and chronic conditions such as: lower back muscle strain, Achilles tendinosis and carpal tunnel syndrome.

They are currently offering a complimentary 30-minutesession for all new clients that includes a brief postural assessment, Q&A, 20-minutes of bodywork, some simple exercises/stretches that can be done at home to correct and improve the identified issue, and a game plan moving forward.
