The Treasure Coast Medium, Tess Tetrault, is pleased to offer a group Monthly Meditation in the Mermaid room at Harmony Lounge, a monthly group meditation on the first Monday each month. This month the event will be held November 6 at 7 p.m.

“Group meditation can be powerful and is a great way to connect with others and expand your meditation practice,” says Tetrault. “We need to learn how to go within and tap into our peaceful nature. When we are more peaceful, our world will become peaceful.”

Participants will learn techniques so they can continue their practice at home. Each month will provide a different experience. The meditation is open to all levels and all ages.

The Mermaid Room at Harmony Music Lounge is a positive-energy space for events, parties and functions. Owner Priscilla Speicher welcomes the community for First Monday Meditation.
