One-Stop Shop for Real Food and Digestive Health




Holistic Healing Massage and the Real Food Café have merged to offer a unique, one-stop shop for detox and digestive health. Holistic Healing Massage & Wellness, is a husband and wife owned wellness center that was inspired by their own health challenges and the need for healthy resources in the area.

Lisa Beatty and Brian Flanagan wanted to offer a service orientated business where people could also pick-up hard to find organic, gluten-free and non-GMO foods, all focused on detox and digestive health. They also offer a selection of nourishing foods including, grass-fed beef, bone broth, fermented foods, homemade soups, kale chips, local honey, live juices, smoothies and more.

The services they provide are colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, detox foot baths and massage therapy. All services are by appointment Tuesday through Saturday.
