Aquarian Dreams is pleased to host the Reiki for Kids: Certification Course on Saturday, May 25 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Instructor, Maria Banas is a Montessori School teacher and a certified Reiki Master-Teacher. “This Reiki healing program is designed for children ages 5 to 10 that march to their own beat and hear the sounds and feelings of all,” says Banas. “Reiki enables clarity and validation of their inherent abilities. The emphasis is placed on experiencing Reiki healing and putting words and feelings to this experience through art, movement and sound. “

The workshop includes: Sensing the Energy Field; Reiki I Attunement; Healing with Plants, Animals and People; Reiki Art; Stories and Guided Meditation. Participants will enjoy a simple history of Reiki and an explanation of Reiki and the energy field (e.g., Chakras, aura). They will learn how to sense energy and use Reiki as well as receive the Reiki attunement. The guided meditations are in the form of short journeys.
