This month, Aquarian Dreams will be hosting a variety of meditation classes to provide healing, balance and peace during December.

The Guided Peace Meditation with Crystal Bowls workshop will be led by Anthony Profeta on Sunday, December 17 at 6:30 p.m. “According to the Maharishi Effect, when meditators come together they create a group energy,” says Profeta. “This energy radiates out into the surrounding environment and has the power to raise the collective consciousness.” During this event, Profeta, will guide participants to go within and connect to the peace of the soul, and then send that peace to both humanity and the planet.

Additional meditation classes will be held throughout the month and will include Full Moon Meditation, Sacred Sound and Chakra Clearing Meditation, Meditation for Beginners, Sound Bath Meditation, Meditation for Children, New Moon Meditation, Winter Solstice Meditation, Crystal Bowl Meditation, and the Sacred Sound Immersion and Healing for the New Year workshop.

Rejuvenate with Sound Healing Meditation will be held every Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. and the Crystal Bowl Meditation will be held every Thursday at 4 p.m.
