Renew Muscles and Joints with the MELT Method Workshop

The Kashi School of Yoga is holding a workshop on December 3, from 1-3pm, to teach simple self-care techniques that you can use to make your body feel better and function more efficiently. Amba Greene will guide the two-hour MELT Self-Treatment Intro Class that will focus on your physical needs.

Soft foam rollers will be used in the class to release stress that is stuck in your body, rehydrate your connective tissue, and make your muscles and joints happy. Amba Greene is a MELT method instructor, certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, licensed Massage Therapist, and registered yoga teacher.
