What's Happening in our Community
BreathMinder Available in Melbourne
Janice McPherson tried clocks, kitchen timers, rubber bands, and even a string on the finger to remember to breathe frequently and properly. For many of us hours often pass at the keyboard, chores, or just reading and you tend to forget to breathe properly. Most adults develop a pattern of shallow breaths in their chest rather than a deep, diaphragmatic breath down into the belly. Janice is excited to introduce BreathMinder to our community. "It is discreet, tiny, foolproof, and effective," explains Janice. "It gives the wearer a silent alarm (vibration) at set intervals and if you ignore the alarm, a second vibration goes off moments later."
Dr. Andrew Weil writes, "If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip, it would be simply to learn how to breathe correctly."For more information about the BreathMinder visit www.breathminder.com.

When she came upon the Miessense line, she could recognize every ingredient in them. "Doesn’t it make sense that if you wouldn’t put it in your body because of toxic chemicals, then you shouldn’t put it on either?"
As someone who is concerned about the state of our environment, Deb chose to represent ONE Group because of their commitment to the environment. In sourcing their raw materials from sustainable agriculture, they respect, support and nurture the ecology and energy of both our planet and their customers. For more information regarding Miessense products or business opportunities please call 321-984-2994, email: Dantinori@cfl.rr.com or visit www.organiclifepath.com.
